What is the refund policy?
The refund window, condition, and who pays return shipping are not final. They will be posted on the shipping page before the first paid order. Until then, ask by email before you pay.
Which ships and bindings does it support?
The SC-MFD is a USB HID button box for Star Citizen. Bindings are set in the game. It is not tied to one ship.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty coverage and how to make a claim are not published yet. Ask by email before you pay, and the final wording will be on the shipping page.
How do firmware updates work?
A browser flasher is not available yet. The support page lists the current firmware and the update steps. Settings are kept across a flash once that tool ships.
